Patch 1.5 is an update for M2TW Kingdoms.
Patch 1.3 is the final version of M2TW which allows compatibility with users that have the Kingdoms Expansion. M2TW Gold players should already have their games at 1.3, but they will want to patch their Kingdoms expansions.
